Located within a five minute drive of Hastings station, and close to local bus routes, this basement dungeon has a range of equipment, including heavy-duty suspension points, wrought-iron bed, iron chaise longue with fixed restraints, iron throne, spanking bench/chair, swings and harnesses, rope, collars, leads, humblers, spreader bars, leather/pleather restraints, masks, gags, blindfolds, electro-play equipment, violet wand, pinwheels, nipple clamps, canes, paddles, floggers, strap-on dildos, butt plugs, anal hook, magic wand vibrator and much more.
There is also access to a bathroom, kitchen and wi-fi.
